Covid-19 order and delivery update 

I and the team at Diabolical Rabbit wanted to take a moment to say thank you to everyone who’s
been showing support to our business in this challenging time.

For weeks now, the entire world is adapting to a new normal. It has been difficult for us to deal
with the changes, and we’re hoping it’ll be over soon.

What’s going on with orders during Covid-19?

We are continuing to fulfill orders, although fulfillment time will take longer than our previous maximum of 7 days. Most items are taking up to 3 weeks or longer for fulfillment as delays are being felt across our supply chain and industry-wide.

Keep in mind that with longer fulfillment and shipping times, orders might not make it on time for occasions like Father’s Day.

Countries we won’t be shipping to due to Covid-19

We don’t ship to the following countries:

Algeria, American Samoa, Antigua and Barbuda, Aruba, Azerbaijan, Bahamas, Bahrain, Bangladesh, Barbados, Belize, Benin, Bolivia, Botswana, Burkina Faso, Cayman Islands, Chad, Cook Islands, Cuba, Curacao, Ecuador, Egypt, Ethiopia, Faroe Islands, Fiji, French Polynesia, Gambia, Ghana, Grenada, Guinea Bissau, Guyana, Haiti, Honduras, Iraq, Jamaica, Kazakhstan, Kiribati, Kuwait, Kyrgyzstan, Laos, Lebanon, Lesotho, Liberia, Libya, Madagascar, Malawi, Maldives, Mauritania, Mauritius, Morocco, Mozambique, Nepal, New Caledonia, Nicaragua, Pakistan, Panama, Papua New Guinea, Paraguay, Peru, Philippines, Rwanda, Senegal, Seychelles, Sierra Leone, Solomon Islands, South Africa, Sri Lanka, St Martin, Sudan, Suriname, Tajikistan, Tanzania, Tonga, Trinidad and Tobago, Tunisia, Turks and Caicos Islands, Uruguay, Vanuatu, Venezuela, Zambia, Zimbabwe.

This should be temporary until time being, we will keep an eye on any updates and restrictions and let you know or if you have any questions about if we deliver to your country just contact us.

Is it safe receiving delivery packages where Covid-19 has been reported?

This is what the World Health Organization recommends:

Yes. The likelihood of an infected person contaminating commercial goods is low and the risk of catching the virus that causes COVID-19 from a package that has been moved, traveled, and exposed to different conditions and temperature is also low.

We’re staying in touch with our fulfillment partners about fulfillment and shipping delays. Here are
the estimates we are currently looking at:

Shirts/Long Sleeves/Sweatshirts/Hoodies/Crop Tops: U.S 20-25 business days and U.K 9-12 business days
Gaiters: U.S 8-10 business days , Mexico 10-13 business days , U.K 5-8 business days

Prints: U.S 3-5 business days , U.K 1-2 business days

Face Masks: U.S 5-8 business days and U.K 1-3 business days

Stickers: U.S 6-9 business days, U.K 1-2 business days

Mugs: U.S 9-12 business days and U.K 1-3 business days

Hats and Caps: U.S 17-22 business days and U.K 10-13 business days

Posters: U.S 8-12 business days and U.K 1-2 business days

I know this isn’t what you guys are used to, so I’m grateful for your patience as you continue
coming back to our brand and enjoying our products.

Some good news is, we now have more time to focus on some exciting designs / products we
previously simply didn’t have time for. Stay tuned for more additions to our store.
