How are shirts packed?

Each shirt is individually folded and packed into their own poly bag and then package into poly mailers for shipment.

What inks are you using for printing apparel?

Our apparel is created with the latest in garment printing technology and our inks are water based and eco-friendly. This makes the feel much softer than traditional screen printed shirts, but just as durable.

We’re using CPSIA (Consumer Product Safety Improvement Act) compliant inks which are needed when printing on children’s wear 12 and below.

How long does it take for my order to be processed?

It depends. We’ll be able to create your order in 2-7 business days. Then add the extra time for shipping, which depends on where you’re shipping to. Since we ship out of California, we’re super close to all of the big LA wholesale factories, including American Apparel. This means that it’s easy and fast to keep stocked, and minimizes the wait time.

What tracking options are there?

All orders that are delivered within the United States by USPS have full tracking available. You can give your clients a tracking number as well as a link where they can follow up on the status of their order. For international orders, full tracking will only be available for orders sent through International Priority, which costs a bit more.

Are you accepting brands to collaborate with or promote in your market?

yes we are, we’re are always looking to promote or collaborate with brands either new brands or brands that have been around for awhile. We are accepting all brands but to limit the traffic only a few will be selected to be featured in our market we will be charging a nominal 10$ fee for the serious brands that want to collaborate with Diabolical Rabbit.

What if the product is lost in the mail?

If your sent order is lost in the mail, no worries, we’ll make it and send it again.

In the case of returns, how do you handle the difference between a product quality problem (or, say, the wrong product shipped) vs. the customer changing his mind, or wanting a different size?

Any returns or problems that occur because of our error will be handled at our expense. In cases where customers would like to exchange or return a product without any defect in the product or error in our part will be done so at your expense.

 

What technology is used to print on custom t-shirts (and any fabric product)?

We use the Direct to Garment (DTG) method of printing for customized t-shirts. That means we can create photo-quality prints, and that the amount ordered doesn’t affect the price. We use the Brother GT 381 printer.

You may notice some discoloration or off white residue on your apparel! Do not worry! This is a special solution used for printing and can sometimes leave marks during the drying process. These are not stains and will wash off after the first wash cycle. Our apparel is created with the latest in garment printing technology and our inks are water based and eco-friendly. Do you ship out magazines overseas?

We do ship out printed magazines internationally ( Not all international countries ) and throughout the U.S.

International orders will take longer usually around 2- 3 weeks and longer so keep that in mind when ordering magazines going international.

Can i order back orders of sold out printed magazines or digital magazines?

Once the magazine is out of stock it is sold out in print. We only print a limited amount of copies which is 50 copies so once that issue or issues are sold out it is sold out. If we have any printed issues left over that you would like to order just contact us and tell us sometimes we have 1 or 2 copies left over from time to time.

Can i order with Venmo at checkout?

To opt in and purchase things online with Venmo, tap on the ☰ icon at the top of the app, then tap on Settings. In Settings, there’s the Buying section. To use Venmo to pay during checkout, tap Enable Mobile Web Purchase or Connect Browsers.

I am not seeing the Venmo option after opting-in!

Make sure that your browser is connected by heading to Venmo Settings and then to Connect Browsers. If you’re still not seeing the Venmo option, make sure you turn off PayPal OneTouch.

I’m getting an error when I connect my browser

First, make sure you have a decent internet connection. If your internet connection is not great, you may need to adjust some settings on your device.

For iOS devices:

  • Allow Safari to accept cookies from websites you visit. To allow cookies, go to your device’s Settings > Safari >Block All Cookies. Ensure the button is grey, not green
  • We all value our privacy, but to make online purchases with Venmo, you need to turn off Private Browsing in Safari.

For Android devices:

  • Allow Chrome to accept cookies from websites you visit. To allow cookies, go to Chrome’s Settings > Site settings > Cookies.
  • We all value our privacy, but to make online purchases with Venmo, you can’t use Incognito Mode in Chrome.
