    That you were 18 or over at the time the photos attached were taken for model submissions.

    That by submitting material to Diabolical Rabbit I am giving them irrevocable and unconditional use and the right to use my image or images in anything that is diabolical rabbit related from now and for future purposes whether the images are cropped or not. And if we decide to spotlight a artist, photographer, brand, model or models etc. we will let them know they will be featured on Diabolicalrabbit.com. Also a reminder not every artist, brand, photographer, models etc. will be hand picked due to high volumes of submissions applications but we will keep who ever were not picked on file for future reference on our site, magazine or book.
