ABOUT BURGER
Truffles N Bacon Cafe in Las Vegas has concocted its own crazy burger that boasts a massive slab of baked mac ‘n cheese. The cafe opened its doors in 2014 by chef Jackie Lim and Magnolia Magat who have a knack for creating bold and unconventional dishes inspired by their regular customers.
Sandwiched between two fluffy buns is a half pound Angus beef patty, bacon jam, Sriracha mayo and an enormous brick of baked mac ‘n cheese that’s both crusty on the outside and oozing on the inside.
