” When it comes to ideas to explore the dystopia world of pop culture icons, I was inspired by the Prague artist (Filip Hodas).
I found one of your 3D rendering images in his series called “Pop Culture Dystopia” and found your style very inspiring and accepted the challenge with his permission to make one of your illustrations. My ideas, after talking to Filip, were to recreate the atmosphere of that particular place with some physical aspect. So I reduced his scene in a 1/24 scale miniature environment using a variety of techniques learned in the past. The process was meticulously refurbished to fit my needs, but it was also straight from the start with its reference guide image. ” – Raphael Truffi Bortholuzzi
