Our Artist Of The Day Wendy Ortiz

In rushing to finish this piece, I had become sloppy and lost the vision along the way. I hated what I had created. I had to reset so I sanded off the design areas that weren’t working for me. The color palette was too bright for my taste so I’m incorporating more shadows and neutrals this time. I’m now reworking the face with color pencils and oils… 😓😓😓!
But I’m back on track. 😊
